While in school, Dr. Stevenson trained and worked with Dr. Bill Tarr, founder of Peak Performance Chiropractic in Menlo Park (peakperformancei.com), where he became proficient in many of the techniques he uses today.
An avid runner, Dr. Todd enjoys treating athletes in training or recovering from injury. Another passion is helping patients adapt from a sedentary lifestyle, especially while at work, by making changes to their daily routine, implementing exercises and stretching to reduce the risk of long term injury.
He primarily uses Palmer diversified chiropractic, based around structure and function with manual manipulation. He also offers drop technique as an alternative method upon request. Most treatments include a combination of mechanical traction using a Leander flexion/distraction table, myofascial release, heat/ice therapy, and therapeutic exercises.
